Job summary

Robosoft Technologies Inc is seeking a data analytics professional with 3+ years of experience, preferably in Retail or Consumer Goods, to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.

You will apply SQL queries, Python analytics, and visualizations (Power BI or Tableau) to tell data stories to client stakeholders, supporting sales, margin, promotions, and inventory decisions.

A strong communication approach and ownership of client relationships are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
• Strong expertise in SQL for querying, data cleaning, and transformations.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics, data manipulation, and visualization (pandas, NumPy, seaborn, matplotlib, etc.).
• Strong data storytelling and PowerPoint skills to communicate insights effectively to business audiences.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing communication independently.
• Good understanding of key retail KPIs, sales, margin, promotions, inventory, and customer behaviour.
• A Bachelor's degree (BE / B.Tech) or Master's degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech), with specialization or certification in Python, SQL, or ML considered a plus.
• Technical Skills: SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, seaborn, matplotlib), data cleaning and transformation, retail KPI analysis.
• Tools and Technologies: Power BI or Tableau for data visualization; working knowledge of multiple data sources including transaction and customer profile data.
