Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Business Analyst (Russian Language) to join our client’s team on a full-time basis in India. The role centers on reading and summarizing Russian-language documents and collaborating with AI models to solve analytical puzzles.

You will conduct online research to verify statements, provide detailed annotations, and design scenario-based challenges to test model reasoning while translating insights into actionable recommendations for model fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency reading and writing in English and Russian with high comprehension.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to break complex information into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated research skills: locate, assess, and validate information online.
