The ideal candidate should be able to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct online research, validate claims through online sources, and work with large language models to solve puzzles. This role involves helping fine-tune and improve large language models and leveraging AI to be a better analyst.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and create scenarios to improve LLM models.
- Provide correct answers and explanations to help models learn from mistakes.
- Develop examples and prompts to guide model improvements.
- Work with the LLM (e.g., GPT) to solve problems and enhance model performance.
- Produce clear, structured analyses and explanations for model training and evaluation.
Requirements
- English Proficiency: High level of reading and writing comprehension in English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking capabilities.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment: Available for up to 40 hours/week during US business hours.
- Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
