Job summary

The iScale is seeking a CDID Ops Support Analyst to create and update codes on the CDID application, resolve production issues, and deliver business insights. You will develop Power BI dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and build Python-based data solutions.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills and experience with SharePoint and SQL Server. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Experience with Power Automate workflow development and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Create and update codes on CDID application and resolve production issues.
