Data Analyst - CRM

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to support business decisions.
2. Develop and maintain data models and databases.
3. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
4. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
5. Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems.
6. Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.
7. Develop and implement data collection processes.
8. Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.
9. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
10. Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
11. Assist in the development of data models and schemas.
12. Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries.
13. Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
14. Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.
