Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field as stated.
2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Business Reporting.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.
Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sales, purchase, inventory, and operations.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.
Use Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
Analyze sales, pricing, procurement, and operational trends to identify insights.
Maintain and validate databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support sales and purchase teams with data analysis, reports, and forecasts.
Track KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting and efficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, skilled Data Analyst to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and data visualization, with good coordination skills and attention to detail.
