The role involves building reports, dashboards, and performance trackers, validating data from multiple sources, and driving process improvements through data insights. Strong SQL and BI skills, plus attention to detail, are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL (Advanced) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create recurring MIS reports for stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sources.
