Job summary

People Prime Worldwide in India is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI specialist to transform large datasets into actionable insights. You will design dashboards, automate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

You'll work with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Python to build scalable data workflows, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions across business units. Previous experience in analytics and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI platform.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, and data analysis.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, exploratory analysis, and statistical concepts.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, metrics, and business performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
