Job summary

SpectraMedix Gurugram-based data analytics role is to turn raw healthcare data into decision-ready insights. You’ll work across SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and AI coding assistants to move fast while maintaining quality.

We value collaboration with US-based clients in onsite-offshore delivery, a hybrid work model in Gurugram, and a focus on meaningful impact in value-based care analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills including joins, window functions, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python data work using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid grounding in statistics and data wrangling.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and validating AI output.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. You'll work across SQL, Python, and BI tools, and use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) to move faster while keeping quality high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SQL to extract and transform data for analysis and reporting
• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau / Power BI
• Clean, validate, and model data from multiple sources
• Use Python (Pandas) for analysis, automation, and ad-hoc scripting
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development - and rigorously review their output
• Partner with stakeholders to frame questions and communicate findings clearly

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)
• Python for data work (Pandas, NumPy)
• Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
• Solid grounding in statistics and data wrangling
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and sound judgment to validate AI-generated code
• Git for version control
• Clear written and verbal communication
  

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare / claims data experience
• Cloud data warehouse exposure (Databricks, Snowflake, Big‑Query)
• Understanding of ETL / data pipelines

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline (B. Tech / B.Sc. / BCA)

Non-Technical / Behavioral Competencies:

• Experience working with US‑based clients in onsite‑offshore delivery models is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and technical articulation skills
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving capabilities
• Strong prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
• Self‑motivated, proactive, quick learner, and an effective collaborator
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
