Job summary

Factori, a rapidly growing location and consumer intelligence company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Analysis team in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to understand data assets and support data-driven insights.

You will help set up data processing pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud technologies, and optimize data storage and retrieval for large-scale applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Big Data.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
• Familiarity with Google/AWS/Azure Cloud, Apache Spark, Airflow, Shell scripting, Excel and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to understand and leverage our data assets.
• Collaborate with internal analytics and engineering teams to set up data processing pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and optimize strategies for data storage, integration, and retrieval for large-scale data applications.
• Research alternative data sources and assess their integration within Factori existing data ecosystem.

About the Role:

The Data Analysis team at Factori is responsible for managing data and insights operations. This team works with large datasets/Big data technologies and supports customers with data-driven insights solutions. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to data processing, storage, and retrieval strategies to enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product, engineering, and data science teams to understand and leverage our data assets.

What we are looking for :

Skills :
