Job summary

First American in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join a large data warehouse team. You will gather data requirements from business and US teams, analyze data flows, and define ingestion and quality rules across diverse sources.

You will document data standards, identify Critical Data Elements, and perform statistical analyses to interpret results. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as data analyst in huge data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and create ingestion requirements for data assets from various internal and external sources.
• Document data requirements, data standards and data quality rules.
• Help business in identification of Critical Data Elements and the data quality rules associated with them.
• To perform data analysis and interpret results using standard statistical methodologies.
• Understand domains and business process.
• Have good knowledge on gap analysis, writing and reviewing functional solution design and testing document.
• Perform data quality checks, root cause analysis and remediation.
• Knowledge to write SQL queries and developing procedures.
• Good analytical, debugging, problem-solving skills.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills that will help the frequent conversations with the onshore counter parts.
• Ability to start working independently in multi-task and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile project environment.
