Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Master Data Analyst to govern global supply chain master data in SAP/ERP and drive MDG compliance. You will audit data quality, automate workflows, and support data migrations while working within a permanent, full-time engagement in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate has 0.6–3 years of experience in data governance, strong mathematical and logical skills, and proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0.6–3 years of experience in data governance or master data management.
• Hands-on SAP/ERP experience and Advanced Excel.
• Academic performance: Minimum 85% / 8.5+ CGPA in UG and PG.
• Target Industry: Semiconductor or Automotive preferred; Pure IT/Software profiles will be rejected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Govern: Oversee global SCM master data in SAP/ERP following MDG standards and workflows.
• Data Quality & Audits: Perform regular clean-ups and validations to resolve duplicates and inconsistencies.
• KPIs & Automation: Track data quality metrics and automate manual maintenance processes.
• Migrations & Ops: Support data migrations, system testing, post-go-live operations, and SOP documentation.

About the Role:

We are hiring a Master Data Analyst to maintain, govern, and continuously improve global supply chain master data in SAP/ERP systems. You will enforce Master Data Governance (MDG) standards, audit data quality, and automate workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain & Govern: Oversee global SCM master data in SAP/ERP following strict MDG standards, policies, and workflows.
• Data Quality & Audits: Perform regular clean-ups, validations, and root-cause analyses to resolve duplicates and inconsistencies.
• KPIs & Automation: Track data quality metrics, automate manual maintenance processes, and streamline data workflows.
• Migrations & Ops: Support data migrations, system testing, post-go-live operations, and SOP documentation.

Must-Have Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Performance: Minimum 85% / 8.5+ CGPA in UG and PG.

Education:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, OR
• MBA / Masters in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Mgt. (if UG is non-technical).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on SAP / ERP experience + Advanced Excel.
• Aptitude: Strong mathematical, logical, and data validation skills.
