Main Responsibilities

Serve as SPOC for ETF (sub-product).
Interact with a Scrum Team for identifying and resolving issues with automated processes
Lead initiatives to identify and address errors, duplicates, and data integrity issues, ensuring reliable and consistent data management.
Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for fund-related datasets, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Respond promptly and effectively to fund data-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead the expansion of data collection efforts, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and diversify fund data acquisition.
Be the first point of contact for new hires and lead/guide/train analysts.
Assist Assistant Manager/Manager in preparing comprehensive reports on incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), fixes, and work in progress on key metrics and insights.
