Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking an experienced data analyst/scientist to join our hybrid team spanning Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. You will analyze large datasets, build data pipelines, and create dashboards in Looker to drive business insights.

You will mentor juniors, apply statistics and ML fundamentals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable decisions. Proficiency in Python/SQL and Hive/Spark is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data science.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark).
• Strong understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Looker reporting (mandatory).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
