Citigroup Inc. is seeking an intermediate Data & AI Solutions Analyst to coordinate the promotion, development, and deployment of data-driven products.

You will work with Product, Tech, and analytics teams to create business value and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across Citi's portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic roadmapping, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on forward deployment in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, analytics, data science, and AI solutions
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics

• Manage day-to-day product management for core products including delivery, client experience, and communications
• Execute value propositions, pricing, segmentation, and channel strategies to position Citi as a preferred partner
• Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members
• Oversee market research, develop a product innovation roadmap, and address trials of product commoditization
• Support achievement of acquisition targets, financial performance, and project execution
• Implement team procedures, client issue resolution, and risk management in operations

Job description

The Data & AI Solutions Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the Product , Tech and analytics teams. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion, development, and deployment of data, analytics, and AI-driven products to create business value, drive adoption, increase market impact, and enhance Citi's competitive position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
• Drive the adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions by partnering closely with business stakeholders in a forward deployment model, identifying high-value use cases, developing prototypes and proofs of concept, conducting demonstrations, and translating business requirements into scalable products and capabilities that deliver measurable business impact.
• Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
• Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
• Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
• Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, analytics, data science, AI solutions
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated capability in productizing analytics and AI solutions using modern release management, deployment, governance, and change management practices.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to build prototypes, automate workflows, and develop data and AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, semantic layers, and modern AI platforms
• Experience operating in a forward deployment model, partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, conduct demonstrations, and drive adoption
• Deep understanding of data analytics using Teradata, PySpark, and Snowflake tooling/platforms
• Demonstrated capability in productizing analytics and AI solutions using modern release management, deployment, governance, and change management practices
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver compelling demos and communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audience
