Opella Hyderabad seeks a Data & AI Product Expert within Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) to drive data- and AI-powered use cases. The role focuses on Supply Chain and Manufacturing with hands-on SAP, data products and AI solution delivery.

You will design ontology-driven semantic layers, build Power BI dashboards, and ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across M&S domains. 10+ years in data environments is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP experience in Manufacturing & Supply domains.
• Proven ability to deliver ML/GenAI solutions and data products.
• Experience building ontology-driven semantic layers across ERP and enterprise data.

About the Job The Data & AI Product Expert is responsible for driving data- and AI-powered use cases across the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) domain, covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics. While the role spans all M&S domains, the primary focus areas are Supply Chain and Manufacturing, which represent the core value drivers of the position. The role combines deep SAP expertise with strong capabilities in Ontology / Semantic Layer design, data product ownership, and AI solution development, with a strong hands-on execution component. Main responsibilities: · Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), closely collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and HSE stakeholders, embedding within business teams to identify and deliver high-value Data & AI use cases. · Hands-on Delivery: Actively work directly within systems (SAP, Snowflake / Databricks, DBT, Power BI and AI tools), ensuring both design and execution. · Data & AI Use Case Leadership: Lead end-to-end Data & AI use cases from ideation to industrialization. · Ontology / Semantic Layer Design: Design and implement scalable ontology-driven semantic layers integrating SAP and enterprise data. · Dashboard & Application Development: Build Power BI dashboards and contribute to AI-driven applications. · Data Governance & Validation: Ensure quality, lineage and compliance across M&S domains. About You:Required Skills & Qualifications · Business Understanding: Strong Supply Chain and Manufacturing expertise (primary focus), with exposure to Quality and HSE. · SAP Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years’ hands-on SAP experience in M&S domains. · Hands-on Technical Capability: Proven ability to implement solutions directly in systems. · AI & Data Product Development: Experience delivering ML and GenAI solutions. · Technical Skills: Snowflake / DataBricks, DBT, Power BI and AI tools expertise. · Experience: 10+ years in M&S data environments. · Education: Degree in Engineering, Data Science or related field.
