Job description

Define & propose a sustainable software architecture enabling the successful implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, through the different phases of the VALUE ENGAGEMENT.

Contribute to the transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution Architecture definition, enabling the customer to achieve his business objectives leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform Industry Process Experiences.

All along the VALUE ENGAGEMENT phases, provide software expertise to ensure the feasibility of solution and the integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in the customer IT Landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as key Contributor of the VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework.
2. During early stages of the VALUE ENGAGEMENT, work with the solution architect to bring software expertise, feasibility studies, sizing, and recommendations on customer projects.
3. Define or review the workload, the tasks, the target schedule, the necessary hardware and software resources.
4. Define the required Project Development Environment and lead the definition of the Development Quality Plan.
5. Conduct interviews with customers to gather requirements on the integration of IT landscape of the customer, particularly on interfaces, upgrade, and migration with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
6. Follow implementation of the required Project Development Environment with the Deployment Consultant.
7. Write from the functional specifications, the Technical Specification Dossier defining all needed Developments / Parameterizations aligned with R&D best practices.
8. Assess the technical risk on Developments / Parameterizations.
9. Work together with Infrastructure Architect, Solution Architect, and Project Manager to secure project deadlines.
10. Provide on customer new requests and scope changes the impact analysis, sizing, and planning modification.
11. Manage Software Consultant team, by defining and arbitrating delivery priorities, assigning tasks, resolving conflicts in agreement with Project Manager, to ensure development delivery on time, on quality, and on costs.
12. Integrate the various software components, parameterizations and after tests, deliver the integration package with the expected quality criteria.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Advanced Sciences.

Deep knowledge of 3DS technologies.

5 years’ experience in a Software Expert / Software Architect role.

6-10 years’ experience on 3DEXPERIENCE implementation/deployment.
