Job description

We are urgently hiring D365 Specialists with technical and functional expertise. The role requires strong hands‑on technical expertise across D365 F&O and/or CE, combined with functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service processes, to drive implementation, customization, and integration. D365 CE or F&O rollout experience would be a big plus.

Preferred / Good‑to‑have: Microsoft certifications (D365 F&O / CE / Power Platform); Experience in manufacturing / industrial domain; Exposure to global template rollouts and multi‑country/entity deployments.

Experience Requirements

• 5 – 8 years: Strong developer / senior developer with multi‑module exposure (in CE or F&O).
• 8 – 12 years: Tech lead / module owner with end‑to‑end implementation exposure.
• 12 – 15 years: Senior SME / solution lead with architecture awareness.

D365 Platform Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience across (module experience can vary across candidates).
• D365 F&O: Finance, Supply Chain Management
• D365 CE: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service
• Experience in multiple end‑to‑end D365 implementations / rollouts.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in: X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, SSRS, Power Platform.
• Experience with: Dataverse, plugins, PCF controls; Integrations (OData, APIs, Azure services, middleware, etc.); Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines; Power Platform Admin Center / Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management; Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate.

Strong Functional Understanding (candidates can be proficient in at least one of the following)

• Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, FA, costing, etc.)
• Supply Chain (WM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing)
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Field Service

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customizations and extensions across D365 F&O and CE modules.
• Develop technical components including plugins, workflows, integrations, data entities, batch jobs; extensions using standard Microsoft frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP/legacy systems, third‑party applications, Azure services (Logic Apps, APIs, Service Bus).
• Data migration, data validation, and synchronization.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
