The role demands 8–10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end D365/F&O SCM implementations, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering functional designs, test scenarios, and training materials.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 SCM WMS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience with end-to-end D365/F&O SCM implementations and fit-gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 SCM WMS implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Warehouse Management processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, wave processing, and mobile workflows.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to business users.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) WMS Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The candidate should possess strong expertise in warehouse business processes, inventory management, logistics, and end-to-end SCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 SCM WMS implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Warehouse Management processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, wave processing, and mobile device workflows.
