Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Lead in Hyderabad to own complex deployments and production support. The role requires 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong X++ skills, and hands-on LCS capabilities for deployments and diagnostics.

• Hands-on Lifecycle Services (LCS) experience: deployments, diagnostics, environment servicing.
• Demonstrable production support and troubleshooting background — you have carried a P1 before.
• Working knowledge of F&O security architecture (roles, duties, privileges) and D365 licensing implications.
• Clear written English and the confidence to face a client directly.

Responsibilities

• Work with the platform engineer on deployments across non-production tiers.
• Validate platform releases and hotfixes; run post-deployment smoke tests and provide validation evidence.
• Write step-by-step runbooks and SOPs in the client’s Azure DevOps repository after resolving issues.
• Mentor junior engineers on the pod and share knowledge.
• Support handover of operational workflows to the client’s system administrator.

Location: Hyderabad, India( Work from office)

Timings: 04:30PM- 12:30AM

Budget: As per market standards

Technical Requirements:

• 8+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong X++ and the D365 extension model able to read and reason about custom code, not necessarily write features daily.
• Hands-on Lifecycle Services (LCS) experience: deployments, diagnostics, environment servicing
• Demonstrable production support and troubleshooting background — you have carried a P1 before
• Working knowledge of F&O security architecture (roles, duties, privileges) and D365 licensing implications
• Clear written English and the confidence to face a client directly
• Validate platform releases and hotfixes; run post-deployment smoke tests and produce validation evidence
• Support environment refresh cycles and the post-refresh reconnection and verification steps
• Work alongside the platform engineer on deployments across non-production tiers

Strongly preferred

• Experience with an ISV vertical solution on F&O (NAXT, or comparable equipment-dealer / field-service verticals)
• Familiarity with dual-write and F&O Customer Engagement integration patterns
• Exposure to Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Service Bus) and DMF / data entities
• Prior managed services or AMS delivery, working to SLAs
• Azure DevOps for work tracking and documentation

Documentation and enablement

• Write step-by-step runbooks and SOPs into the client's Azure DevOps repository after each resolved issue
• Mentor junior engineers on the pod
• Support the eventual handover of operational workflows to the client's incoming system administrator
