Job summary

HR India Solutions seeks a Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Consultant/Sr. Consultant to work on-site with clients in Bengaluru and across India. You will lead engagements, design ERP solutions, and deliver proposals and demonstrations to win work.

Role requires D365 F&O finance domain expertise, strong leadership, and ability to travel. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to ongoing client value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP delivery professional with client engagements.
• Functional knowledge of D365 F&O finance modules.
• Ability to draft proposals, SOWs and effort estimates.
• Proven leadership and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• On-site client work to deliver high-quality advisory and deliverables.

• Ability to run high intensity workshops to develop business requirements
• Development of demonstrations to provide solution proof
• Support development of proposals and statement of work to include drafting estimation of effort/cost
• Delivered 3-4 large implementations or equivalent
• Uses creative ways to find solutions
• Able to identify performance bottlenecks and fix it
• Is certified onlatest product at desired levels
• Great Team Player
• Proficient in Delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable)
• Can planand organize delivery of solution
• 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• D365 Finance and Operations experience is must. Functional background in Financials (GL, A/P, A/R, Cash & Bank, Budgeting and Fixed Assets).
• Experience in Trade & Logistics is a plus.
• Experience with Financial reporting
• ERP functional design and consulting experience
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Record of accomplishment of ERP implementation experience either as team member or team leader.

Educational Qualification:

CA / ICWA / M.B.A / B.E / B. Tech or any other equivalent Degree
