Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Developer to join as Senior Consultant/DM. The role is based in Delhi, Bangalore or Chennai with Work From Office and 4–8 years of experience. Strong skills in X++, C#, extensions, forms, and reports are required.

You will design and develop D365 F&O customizations, prepare TDDs, support cloud environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while adhering to best practices.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in X++, C#, and D365 F&O customizations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions in D365 F&O.
• Develop solutions using X++ and C# following Microsoft best practices.
• Prepare high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Analyze business and application requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Work on integrations between D365 F&O and external applications.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and support multiple cloud environments/instances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Excellent coding skills in X++ and C#.
• Expertise in extensions, customizations, forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in creating Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Knowledge of D365 F&O development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service (CDS).
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and integrations.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
