Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using Next.js, React.js, and JavaScript.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
3. Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
5. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
6. Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

1. 3-4 years of experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites.
2. Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Vue.js.
3. Experience with Ruby on Rails.
4. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) techniques.
5. Proficiency in web fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and a comprehensive understanding of data structures and algorithms.
8. Working knowledge of SEO principles.

Good to Have:

1. Experience with backend programming languages.
