About The Role

This is a performance-based and commission-based job. The higher revenue you generate for Red Piranha, the higher will be your commission.

Location:

Noida, India (candidate must be based in Noida)

Office based role, Noida

Hours

Monday Friday, 40 hours per week

You'll articulate the critical importance of cybersecurity with confidence and conviction, empowering organizations to protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Drive growth by identifying and developing new clients and partners across specific industries and regions, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Big Wins: Consistently close $100k+ deals on a monthly basis, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Partnership Development: Build and formalize strategic relationships with key partners and third parties to amplify Red Piranha's reach and impact.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs, delivering exceptional value through insightful conversations and proposals.
  • Opportunity Planning: Design and implement strategic plans to secure buy-in from all stakeholders and ensure sustained, multiyear partnerships.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Red Piranha at industry events, promoting our cutting-edge products and services while driving regional marketing initiatives.
  • Account management Managing client's interactions and expectations end to end

About You

  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity sales, with a proven history of exceeding targets and building strong relationships with channel partners and enterprise clients.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Managed XDR Services, Network Detection and Response, Application Security, Cloud Security, and OT/IoT Security solutions.
  • Proven Success: A track record of securing Managed Services, Systems Integration, and Consulting deals in mid-to-high-end markets, crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset to proactively identify and seize opportunities.
  • Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, leveraging innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
  • English Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-centric approach that builds trust and loyalty (as you will be communicating with our international audience) while delivering a customer centric approach

Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Police Clearance or Defense clearances
