Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India, is seeking a security engineer to design and manage identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and to implement CA policies, MFA, and PIM.

You'll deploy ZIA/ZPA, design and deploy security infrastructure with Terraform, and partner with DevOps to embed security into pipelines. The role focuses on monitoring and improving security posture across cloud and on‑premises systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSec or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–7+ years in security engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Azure AD, Terraform/IaC.
• Strong IAM knowledge and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, proxies, VPNs).
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell or Python.

• Monitor and improve security posture across cloud and enterprise systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7+ years of experience in security engineering or related roles
• Hands‑on experience with: Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong understanding of: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, proxies, VPNs), Zero Trust security architecture
• Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Scripting or automation experience: PowerShell, Python, or similar
