Job summary

MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and safeguard enterprise security across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments in Mumbai.

You will craft secure architectures, automate controls with PowerShell or Python, manage IAM, and advance Zero Trust initiatives while collaborating with DevSecOps and Infra teams to embed security throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Cybersecurity Engineering across hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Email Security.
• Knowledge of IAM, PIM, MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, Endpoint Protection solutions, and security monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in DevSecOps practices, IaC, and automated compliance.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and cybersecurity governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AZ-500, or equivalent) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and industry standards.
