Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering work.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience onboarding Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, apps, networks and cloud platforms into CyberArk.
• Designing PAM solutions aligned with security standards and governance requirements.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
• PowerShell scripting; basic Python; working knowledge of REST and CyberArk APIs.
• Experience with upgrades, patches, health checks, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 support.
• Experience supporting audits, incident response, and privileged access investigations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor, and support the CyberArk PAM platform, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA
• Onboard privileged accounts, servers, applications, databases, network devices, cloud platforms, and other supported systems into CyberArk
• Design and implement PAM solutions aligned with security standards, access control requirements, operational procedures, and compliance expectations
• Configure password management, password rotation, reconciliation, session management, monitoring, alerting, and privileged account controls
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other enterprise identity and access platforms
• Develop PowerShell, Python, REST API, and CyberArk API automations for onboarding, validation, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Perform upgrades, patches, health checks, configuration reviews, maintenance, and platform optimization
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Identity, audit, and compliance teams
• Participate in incident response, privileged access investigations, session reviews, and remediation activities
• Support audits, compliance reviews, security assessments, access certifications, and evidence collection
• Create and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, configuration records, and support procedures
• Track platform health, onboarding progress, operational risks, defects, and improvement opportunities
• Reduce manual processing, reuse automation, and optimize platform resources

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on/professional experience in CyberArk administration and engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered
• Experience administering CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA
• Experience onboarding Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, applications, network devices, and cloud platforms into CyberArk
• Experience designing and implementing PAM solutions aligned with security standards, access governance requirements, and operational controls
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other enterprise identity platforms
• PowerShell scripting; basic Python scripting; working knowledge of REST APIs and CyberArk APIs
• Experience performing CyberArk upgrades, patches, health checks, troubleshooting, maintenance, and L2/L3 support
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, security assessments, incident response, and privileged access investigations
• Understanding of PAM principles, least privilege, role-based access, separation of duties, account lifecycle management, password rotation, session monitoring, and privileged activity auditing
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight, APRA CPS 234, and PCI-DSS requirements
• Experience using incident, change, problem, defect, and service management processes
• Ability to create runbooks, operational procedures, knowledge articles, implementation records, and support documentation
• Preferred: CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certifications
• Banking or Financial Services experience preferred
• Relevant CyberArk PAM, IAM, privileged access governance, security operations, scripting, cloud security, and compliance training preferred
