Job summary

MajorKey Technologies seeks an Identity Security Engineer in India to deploy, architect, and support Privileged Access Management solutions, including CyberArk, for a global client base.

You will work with IAM and PAM technologies, including AD, SAML, MFA, and LDAP integrations, while aligning security with client requirements and US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years implementing CyberArk and PAM/IAM/security solutions in client environments.
• Enterprise and cloud authentication/authorization design experience.
• Active Directory administration, including migration and consolidation.
• AD domain trusts and multi-site environments.
• LDAP administration and AD integration.
• SAML implementation and configuration experience.
• MFA implementation experience.
• Networking basics: load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, LANs/WANs.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Privileged Access Management solutions (CyberArk and others).
• Customize CyberArk and other PAM solutions.
• Implement integrations with CyberArk.
• Troubleshoot and support CyberArk-based apps and systems.
• Draft technical installation, configuration and customization specifications.

General Summary

You will be joining MajorKey Technologies as an Identity Security Engineer to deploy, architect, and support the Privileged Access Management solution by CyberArk, for our growing global customer base. This position is based in India.

Applicants must be comfortable working US Eastern hours (until 4 PM Eastern).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of Privileged Access Management solutions
• Customize CyberArk and other Privileged Access Management solutions
• Implement integrations with CyberArk
• Troubleshoot and support CyberArk based applications and systems
• Draft technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
• Respond to customer requests for product or solution information

Required Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience implementing CyberArk and other PAM solutions, IAM solutions, or security solutions (E.g. BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Ping, Okta, Saviynt) in client environments
• Enterprise and Cloud Authentication and Authorization Design/Implementation experience
• Active Directory Administration, especially consolidation and account migration
• AD Domain configuration, especially trusts and multi-site environments
• LDAP Administration and integration with AD
• SAML implementation and configuration experience
• MFA solution implementation
• Some network level skills – load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, LANs, WANs, IP routing

Experience/Education:

• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience
