Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an experienced CyberArk Business Analyst with 8+ years of IT experience and strong PAM expertise. The role partners with security architects, engineers, and stakeholders to capture requirements, model processes, and deliver CyberArk solutions aligned with governance and compliance.

The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to onboard privileged users, define BRDs/FRDs, and ensure successful UAT and rollout in a hybrid/remote/on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of IT business analysis experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong hands-on with CyberArk PAM solutions and vault components.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SSO and RBAC.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and map processes.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale CyberArk deployments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document cyberark requirements across apps, DBs, OS and cloud.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and elicit business needs.
• Translate needs into functional/technical specs and BRDs/FRDs.
• Coordinate UAT and validate alignment with security objectives.
• Support onboarding, lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Facilitate change management with business units.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Business Analyst with over 8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, security architects, infrastructure teams, and CyberArk engineers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver CyberArk solutions that align with organizational security and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for CyberArk implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, task creation for onboarding of privileged users
• and process flows.
• Work closely with CyberArk architects and engineers during solution design and implementation.
• Analyze privileged account onboarding requirements across applications, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Support CyberArk onboarding, account lifecycle management, and access governance initiatives.
• Facilitate change management and communication with business units.

Required Skills

• Around 8 years of Business Analysis experience in IT and Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• CyberArk Defender certification.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
