Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced CyberArk Architect with Cloud experience to lead design and delivery of privileged access management solutions. The role demands hands-on engineering, architectural leadership, and end-to-end delivery across PAM ecosystems.

The candidate will design CyberArk Privilege Cloud (IDIRA), supervise deployments, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring high availability and security best practices.

Role - CyberArk Architect/SME with Cloud experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Architect with deep expertise in CyberArk Privilege Cloud (IDIRA) to lead the design, engineering, implementation, and integration of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on engineering skills combined with architectural leadership and end-to-end delivery experience across modern PAM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement CyberArk Privilege Cloud (IDIRA) solutions.
• Lead PAM initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment, documentation, and transition to operations.
• Engineer and support CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, Platforms, Password Management, Reconciliation, and Session Management.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom platforms, connection components, CPM/PSM integrations, and privileged access workflows.
• Implement CyberArk Secrets Manager (Conjur) for applications, APIs, DevOps pipelines, cloud workloads, containers, and non-human identities.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, CyberArk APIs, CCP, and Credential Provider.
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, SIEM, ITSM, cloud platforms, and Identity Governance solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews, PAM strategy, high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IAM/PAM experience with at least 5 years of hands-on CyberArk engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CyberArk Privilege Cloud (IDIRA) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Safes, Platforms, Session Management, and Password Management.
• Experience with CPM/PSM customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Conjur / Secrets Manager.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise identity, security, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• CyberArk Defender / CyberArk Sentry / CyberArk Guardian / CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) Role Focus
• 40% Architecture – Solution design, PAM strategy, reference architectures, HA/DR, technical leadership.
• 40% Engineering – Implementation, integrations, automation, platform customization, troubleshooting.
• 10% Leadership – Stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and project ownership.

Note: This is an architecture and engineering-focused role. Candidates with primarily operational or administrative CyberArk experience will not be the best fit for this position.
