NIIT Foundation (NF) is empowering underprivileged learners through education and skill development. We seek a trainer capable of delivering Advanced Cyber Security batches both in-person and online, managing 200+ learners and ensuring job-ready outcomes in cybersecurity space.

You will conduct Cisco NetAcad courses, stay updated on trends, develop study materials, and deliver workshops for diverse communities while traveling across India. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, ethical hacking, firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Hands-on experience with security tools, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

• Deliver Advanced Cyber Security batches physically and virtually to 200+ learners.

Job Description

Capable of taking Advanced Cyber SecurityBatchesphysically and virtually in the batch strength of 200+ anddeveloping their skills job ready for cybersecurity space.

Must be technically prepared for Cisco Netacad courses CyberSecurity Essentials, CyberOps Associate, Networking Essentials, NetworkSecurity, CCNA and AI courses.

Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats,and best practices.

Provide cyber security training at an intermediate level forB.Tech & Engineering Students.

Delivering workshops and awareness sessions on cybersecurityto various communities like Anganwadi workers, Gig workers, Senior Citizens andothers.

Handling student queries effectively and efficiently.

Maintain training related to Data (attendance, feedbackforms, evaluation scores and certificate issued).

Preparing study materials for training students via avariety of training methods for improving training deliveries.

Coordination with College/ITI Principals for organizing thetrainings

Exploring Partnerships with colleges, NGOs and otherCommunity Organizations & Generating Leads

Ready for Extensive Travelling

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cyber Security, InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, networksecurity, ethical hacking, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Hands-on experience with security tools, penetrationtesting, and vulnerability assessments, Networking Concepts.

Good communication, presentation, and training skills.

Must have good communication in English, Hindi and familiarwith regional language (Kannada).

Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is anadded advantage.

Ready to travel across different locations in India todeliver offline sessions.

Preferred to have his/her own vehicle for travelling tonearby locations for sessions.
