Job summary

Topper Shiksha is seeking a Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking Trainer to conduct engaging offline sessions for students. The role requires ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver practical learning experiences in cyber safety, networking, and digital security.

This is a part-time, in-person position with per-session pay. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills, familiarity with Kali Linux and security tools, and may hold BE/BTech/BCA/MCA or relevant

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking concepts.
• Familiarity with networking, Linux, and security tools.
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive offline training sessions on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking.
• Teach students Cyber Safety, Network Security basics, and Digital Security concepts.
• Guide hands-on activities and demonstrations with Kali Linux & security tools.
• Prepare session plans, assignments and practical exercises.
• Coordinate with the academic team for smooth class execution.

Trainers should be able to simplify technical concepts and create practical learning experiences in cyber safety, networking, ethical hacking basics, and digital security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive offline training sessions on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking
• Teach students concepts like:
• Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness
• Network Security Basics
• Ethical Hacking Fundamentals
• Password & Data Security
• Phishing & Malware Awareness
• Introduction to Kali Linux & Security Tools
• Guide students through hands-on activities and demonstrations
• Prepare session plans, assignments, and practical exercises
• Maintain student engagement and classroom discipline
• Coordinate with the academic team for smooth class execution

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking concepts
• Familiarity with networking, Linux, and security tools
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for mentoring students
• Candidates pursuing/completed B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or relevant certifications are preferred
