Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned security architect to lead end-to-end security solution design across network, IAM, SOC/SIEM, and cloud security. You will drive presales engagements, define reference architectures, and guide multi-year transformation programs across multi-vendor environments.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in security design, exposure to multiple OEMs, and strong leadership in UAT, RFP/RFI, and scalable security programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security architecture, design and end-to-end project delivery.
• Exposure to multiple OEMs, greenfield/brownfield projects, and RFP/RFI handling.
• Focus on designing, architecture, HLD, and implementation rather than pure support.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements, RFP/RFI responses, security solution architecture and commercial shaping.
• Own end-to-end security solution design across network, IAM, SOC/SIEM, cloud security and zero trust.
• Architect greenfield stacks aligned to NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and Zero Trust; define tool references.
• Define roadmap toward autonomous security operations with SOAR, threat intel, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead large-scale brownfield migrations across multi-vendor networks with minimal disruption.
• Own risk assessments, vulnerability management and remediation across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid estates.
• Oversee multi-year delivery governance, KPIs/SLAs, and executive dashboards; mentor teams.

• Candidates should have exposure to multiple OEMs, Greenfield/Brownfield projects, team leadership, UAT, and RFP/RFI handling.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, and equivalent Palo Alto/Fortinet certifications. Scrum/PMP certifications are good to have.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements - RFP/RFI response, security solution architecture, effort estimation and commercial shaping - and present win themes to customer and internal executive-level stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end security solution design across network security, identity and access management, SOC/SIEM, cloud security and zero trust.
• Architect greenfield security stacks aligned to NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and Zero Trust Architecture, including vendor and tooling selection and reference architecture creation.
• Define the roadmap toward autonomous security operations - SOAR-driven closed-loop response, threat-intel-led automation and continuous compliance monitoring.
• Lead large-scale brownfield network and security modernization and legacy-to-target migrations with minimal business disruption across multi-vendor networks.
• Own security risk assessments, vulnerability management strategy and remediation roadmaps across on-prem, cloud and hybrid estates.
• Own delivery governance for multi-year, multi-workstream security transformation programs - scope, schedule, risk, quality and financials.
• Act as single technical point of accountability across design, build, test and operate phases, coordinating L1/L2/L3 security operations teams.
• Establish and track program KPIs/SLAs, steering committee reporting and executive dashboards.
• Mentor solution/delivery leads and build reusable accelerators, frameworks and playbooks across engagements.
