Job summary

Evoke HR in Mumbai is seeking an Offensive Security Specialist with a blended skill set across Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). The role focuses on validating enterprise security posture through controlled offensive activities in non-production environments.

You will execute red team simulations, pen tests, and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK, maintain testing methodologies with OWASP and NIST, and identify vulnerabilities across systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated adversarial thinking and analytical problem solving.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with SOC, IT and Security Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute Red team simulations, Penetration tests, and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Maintain testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST, and industry standards.
• Identify and validate vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and identity systems.
• Perform controlled adversary simulations to test detection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to validate alerts and improve detection coverage.
• Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
