Job summary

Yotta Infrastructure in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks a cybersecurity operations specialist to support the deployment and ongoing management of security solutions across private cloud environments. You will coordinate with IT, Networking, and Application teams, handling incidents, logs, and health of security infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with NGFW, WAF, IPS, SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, and endpoint security, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one large-scale cybersecurity implementation project.
• Experience in Private Cloud or Data Center cybersecurity environments preferred.
• Hands-on with NGFW, WAF, IPS, SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, Endpoint Security, DDoS Protection, Vulnerability Management.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, integration, and commissioning of cybersecurity solutions across private cloud infrastructure.
• Assist in monitoring progress and coordinate with internal teams for timely completion.
• Provide operational support for cybersecurity infrastructure including Firewalls, WAF, IPS, SIEM, IAM/PAM, Endpoint Security, and DDoS.
• Coordinate with Application Providers to implement application-specific security requirements.
• Monitor health and performance of cybersecurity infrastructure and ensure service availability.
• Troubleshoot security incidents, analyze logs, perform RCA, and coordinate with OEMs or L3 teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with SOC team for incident investigation, escalation, and closure.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Application teams to resolve security issues.
• Support remote SOC team in security monitoring, SIEM use case tuning, log onboarding, and configuration updates.
• Perform routine security administration: policy updates, user access management, firmware and signature updates, and patching.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation, compliance activities, audits, and health checks.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, incident records, and change management docs.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and support during changes and emergencies.

• Experience working on at least one large-scale cybersecurity implementation project.
• Experience in Private Cloud or Data Center cybersecurity environments will be preferred.
