Job summary

Bayer AG in Bengaluru is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to operate our SAP-CDC/CIAM platform, manage incidents, and collaborate with our SaaS vendor to maintain platform stability. You will ensure uptime, perform migrations, and support feature changes post-GoLive.

The role requires expertise in authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, Tokens, SCIM), SAP-Customer Data Cloud, AWS basics, and ServiceNow for incident and service requests. You will contribute to secure UX and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP-Customer Data Cloud, including the B2B module.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC, Tokens, SCIM, Passkeys).
• Familiarity with AWS resources such as S3 buckets and CloudFront.
• ServiceNow for incident and service request management.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Provide solutions for internal customers by analyzing issues and taking the right actions.
• Service Request Management: Implement changes in SAP-CDC as requested by application managers.
• Platform Monitoring: Check platform availability and events to avoid or defend cyber attacks.
• Take over applications and mobile apps after GoLive.
• Screen Set Development: Customize and develop screen sets based on customer requirements.
• Identity Migration: Manage the migration of customer identities to our platform.
• UX Design: Design user experiences for CIAM processes that enhance usability and engagement.
• Feature Tracking: Track and evaluate new features and breaking changes released for SAP-Customer Data Cloud, ensuring platform stability.
• Data Cleansing and Compliance: Perform regular data cleansing activities to keep the platform up-to-date.

Cyber Security Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE:

• We are seeking a skilledCIAM supporterto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in operating our SAP-CDC platform by resolution of platform issues or outages while building the bridge to our SaaS vendor SAP. You take care to ensure operational stability of the CIAM platform for our customers.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incident Management: Provide solutions for our internal customers by analyzing issues and taking the right actions
• Service Request Management: Implement changes in SAP-CDC which are requested by application managers.
• Platform Monitoring: Check platform availability and events to avoid or defend cyber attacks

WHO YOU ARE:

• Technical Skills Required:
• Knowledge of SAP-Customer Data Cloud, including the B2B module.
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC, Tokens, SCIM, Passkeys, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS resources such as S3 buckets and CloudFront.
• ServiceNow for incident and service request management
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.
• Strong project management skills to consult on various projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation skills to showcase platform capabilities and solutions.
• Design thinking skills to transform customer needs into effective solutions.
