Job summary

JAGGAER in Hyderabad is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst with 3–5 years of SOC experience. You will monitor security events, investigate alerts, and coordinate incident response from a hybrid office setup in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon experience for alert triage and containment, strong Windows/Linux security knowledge, and familiarity with SIEM, MITRE ATT&CK, and cloud security. Scripting in Python/PowerShell is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience in SOC, incident response.
• Hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon for alert triage and containment.
• Experience with SIEM monitoring, incident analysis and remediation.
• Strong Windows/Linux security knowledge; MITRE ATT&CK familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and alerts from multiple sources.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate containment and remediation actions.
• Support incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Provide inputs for threat detection improvements and playbooks.

Skills Required

• Role: Cyber Security Analyst with experience in Security Operations (SOC), threat detection, and incident response.
• CrowdStrike Expertise: Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon for security alert triage, endpoint investigation, and threat containment is mandatory.
• SIEM & Incident Management: Experience in SIEM monitoring, security event analysis, incident investigation, and remediation.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows/Linux security, malware behavior, phishing investigations, and threat hunting; knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK is preferred.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike NGSIEM, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and Python/PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
