Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Order to Cash and Oracle Subscription Management. You will manage production support and enhancements for OSS, AR, and RMCS modules, driving end-to-end design and solutions.

Strong communication with business users and cross-functional teams is required. Prior experience in data migration (FBDI/ADFDI) and resolving integration issues is a plus. Ready for 2nd shift IST work hours.

Qualifications

• Expert hands-on Production Support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Subscription Management, AR, RMCS).
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and processes.
• At least two full life cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Implementations/Support projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive process designs, system solution, and end-to-end architecture for OSS/O2C.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore functional lead and team.
• Handle incidents per SLA; partner with business analysts and stakeholders to design, configure, and test O2C enhancements.
• Readiness to participate in daily/weekly standups and gather requirements with business users.

Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant (Order Sales Cloud “CX”, Oracle Subscription Management )Modules: Oracle Subscription Management (OSS), AR, RMCS (Good To Have) Overall experience of 8 to 11 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Functional O2C (Order to Cash) Consultant.with Strong Subscription Mgmt.(OSS), Experienced in Oracle subscription to AR Flow In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting (Production Support and Enhancement) Cloud ERP Finance Applications.Drives Process designs, system solution, and end to end architecture.Coordinate with Onsite/ offshore functional Lead & Functional Team.Work on incident based on agreed Service Level Agreements.Partners with Customer Business System Analyst(s), business users and stakeholders to be able to complete the design, configuration, and functional test of the O2C module enhancements.
