Job summary

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, creating custom objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and ensuring security and org setup.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise.
• Visualforce development experience and Salesforce admin capabilities.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on development and configuration experience, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and business processes. Experience in Public Sector Solutions will be a significant advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages
• Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security
• Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script
• Strong analytical and communication skills
