Job summary

project44 Bengaluru offers a hands-on internship with our Decision Intelligence Platform and AI-powered supply chain insights. You will work on customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and help expand our knowledge base while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The 6-month program runs from 7 Sept 2026 to 5 Mar 2027. It includes a stipend of INR 30,000 per month. The role requires in-office presence five days a week, with rotational shift patterns and non-fixed weekend offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Basic API, cloud tech, and database concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client interactions.
• Intermediate SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.
• Identify code bugs and escalate when needed.
• Maintain prompt communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead customer calls for issue resolution or escalation.
• Develop knowledge base with technical notes and articles.

Details regarding internship:

• Duration: 6 months (7th Sep 2026 - 5th Mar 2027)
• Stipend per month: INR 30,000 per month
• Shift Time: Rotational Shift with week-offs not necessarily falling on Saturday, Sundays.
• In office commitment: Role requires to be in person for all 5 days
• Benefits: Food & Transportation shall be borne by project44

Key Accountabilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues and sees issues through to resolution. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problems
• Identifying potential code bugs and escalating as needed
• Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders throughout the course of a reported issue.
• Participating, with assistance, in customer calls as needed
• Gain comfort with database queries and review of data
• Consistent agreed-upon performance levels goals/metrics reached
• Lead Customer calls for issue resolution, education or escalation
• Take ownership of expanding internal and external knowledge base via technical notes and customer-facing articles
• Assist colleagues with continuing education when available.

Requirements & Skills:

• BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of software flow, execution, and development processes
• Basic understanding of API and cloud technology, including basic database knowledge and utilities for monitoring and logging API transactions is helpful
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent client-facing, English written and verbal skills
• SQL intermediate

Work from office expectations:

This role requires you to operate from office all 5 days in a week.
