#Shift Timing: Night Shift (9 pm to 6 am), AUS Shift (6 am to 3 pm), UK Shift (12 pm to 9 pm), Rotational shifts

#Skills Required: Fluent English, International Process, Energetic, Voice/Blended/US/UK/Email communication, Excellent Communication Skills, SaaS / E-Commerce Industry Experience (Preferred), International Client Handling, Technical Understanding/CRM Software Knowledge.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Work in rotational and night shifts
  • Handle inbound calls, live chats, tickets, and emails from international clients or website visitors
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints, provide support and alternatives, follow up for resolutions, and escalate to CSM if needed
