Job summary

Naz V Hr Solutions is seeking Customer Support Executives for our Chennai on-site operations. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication in Hindi and English are welcome. Role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer data, and providing top-tier support from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Location at Mount Road with Sunday weekly off and full-time employment. This opening is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in BPO/Call Center and a keen ability

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Good communication skills (Tamil + Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi). Basic computer knowledge.
