Nuventure Connect is hiring engineers to support a US-based client operating in the AI and GPU cloud infrastructure industry. Remote, full-time roles require hands-on Linux, networking, and infrastructure troubleshooting, with customer-facing responsibilities.

You will troubleshoot real infrastructure issues, own customer incidents, and collaborate with NOC and engineering teams. GPU experience is a plus, but strong Linux and infrastructure support background is encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on Linux and infrastructure experience.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot real infrastructure issues and own customer incidents.
• Coordinate with NOC and engineering teams to resolve problems.
