Job summary

Getro Software Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior network security professional to support enterprise customers across APAC, focusing on SASE and Prisma Access. You will conduct technical workshops, health checks, and customer consultations to improve performance and security posture.

The role requires hands-on deployment, strong networking fundamentals, and excellent customer-facing advisory skills in Mandarin and English. Remote work options in Malaysia/APAC are supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise networking and security
• Strong hands-on SASE experience with Prisma Access
• Solid networking fundamentals (BGP, TCP/IP, SSL/IPsec VPN, PKI)
• Proven deployment and configuration experience beyond support
• Strong client-facing advisory skills and workshop delivery
• Mandarin and English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support APAC enterprise customers to drive adoption and success of SASE solutions
• Conduct technical workshops and health checks to improve performance and security posture
• Provide guidance on SASE technologies including SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, CASB, and DLP
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of network security solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and address challenges to maximise value

Job description

Location: Malaysia / (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise customers across APAC to drive adoption, optimisation, and success of SASE solutions, particularly Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access.
• Conduct technical workshops, security health checks, and customer consultations to improve solution performance and security posture.
• Provide technical guidance on SASE technologies, including SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, CASB, and DLP.
• Perform hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation of network security solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively address technical challenges to maximise solution value.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Strong hands-on SASE experience, particularly with Prisma Access and related technologies.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including BGP, TCP/IP, SSL/IPsec VPN, and PKI.
• Proven experience in solution deployment and configuration, beyond technical support alone.
• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills, with experience conducting technical workshops and driving solution adoption.
• Language requirements: Mandarin and English
• Certifications such as SSE, PCNSE, CCNP, CCSP, or CISSP are preferred.
