Job summary

You will reproduce issues end-to-end, analyze telemetry and logs, and surface systemic risks to leadership. Qualifications

• Debug web applications and identify root causes.
• Build modern web apps using React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.
• Comfortable with AI systems, including LLMs and agents.
• Experience exploring AI tool behavior, fine-tuning and prompts.
• Familiar with AI APIs or agent frameworks such as LangChain/AutoGPT.

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end, reproducing bugs and identifying root causes.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and database queries.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to debug web applications, likely from a Computer Science or Software Engineering background.
• Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.).
• Comfortable with AI systems, having experience with LLMs, agents, or generative models.
• Experience exploring behavior of AI tools, including fine-tuning and prompt chains.
• Familiarity with modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT) is a plus.
