Job summary

TrueBlue India is conducting a walk‑in interview for candidates with 3+ years of International Voice Process experience. The role is onsite in Gurugram, with cab facilities and multiple US shifts.

The candidate should be ready to work from office 5 days a week and adhere to client standards, SOPs, and reporting requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage documentation and training material will be valued as the team supports global clients and maintains quality

Qualifications

• International Voice Process (B2B) experience of 3+ years.
• Graduates from non-technical backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely service delivery per client standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy as per team requirements.
• Respond promptly to queries from internal or external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of reporting work and SOP updates.
• Escalate non-compliance issues and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
• Ensure consistent productivity & and accuracy performance as per team requirements
• Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
• Taking ownership of reporting work in the process
• Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures
• Escalate non-compliance issues of process/procedures as per protocol Identify,
• share, support, and implement operational improvements
• Ensure compliance to all the reports
• Inbound Calling/ International Voice Process (B2B or B2C)
• Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes
• Must adhere to Login schedule and Organizational Policies.
• Must be ready to Work from Office on all 5 days
• Responsible for call Audits, efficient in onshore connects/Communication
• Develops training material and documentation for global support in the ongoing environment
• Maintain and share the various trackers such as Escalation Tracker, Client Updates
• Tracker, Audit Tracker etc.
• Should be able to coach and mentor colleagues

Key Requirements

• Graduates from non-technical backgrounds.
• More than 3+ years of relevant experience into International Voice Process (B2B).
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 24*7 shift timings
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word
