Key Responsibilities:

  1. Under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager, identify potential customers for business expansion.
  2. Collect and validate documents from customers as per organizational norms.
  3. Log cases into the system following SOPs and manage the disbursement process.
  4. Achieve the sanction ratio as per organizational requirements.
  5. Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
  6. Assist in empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them.
  7. Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations.

Qualifications: Under Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
