Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
  • Identify potential customers for business with the help of Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collect and validate documents from customers as per organizational norms.
  • Log cases into the system according to SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
  • Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements.
  • Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
  • Assist in empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them, with the help of Manager/Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations, with the support of Manager/Supervisor.
