Responsibilities
- Perform tasks under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
- Identify potential customers for business with the help of Supervisor/Manager.
- Collect and validate documents from customers as per organizational norms.
- Log cases into the system according to SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
- Fulfill sanction ratios as per organizational requirements.
- Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
- Assist in empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them, with the help of Manager/Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations, with the support of Manager/Supervisor.
