Time - 10 AM to 8 PM

Responsibilities -

• Interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve product-related queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate TCL premium display technologies such as QD-Mini LED, QLED, and high-refresh-rate gaming panels, explaining their key benefits and features.
• Explain Smart TV features, including Google TV/Fire TV interfaces, voice controls through Google Assistant/Alexa, and smart connectivity options.
• Help customers compare different models and select the right product based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Demonstrate AI and IoT integration, including how the TV can connect with other smart devices within the home ecosystem.
• Maintain product knowledge, support sales activities, and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Note: Need experience in sales or customer service; also, if candidates have mobile and TV sales experience, they are most welcome.
