Job summary

Tata Capital in Bareilly is seeking a candidate to perform various tasks under supervision, including identifying customers for potential business and collecting documents for validation as per SOP.

The role involves logging cases in the system, processing disbursement steps, and meeting customer requirements by cross-selling multiple products under guidance. The incumbent will assist in empanelling new vendors and ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify the customers for potential business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements cross-sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager
• Empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them under the guidance of Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations
